Erica Taylor

Erica Taylor, the Founder and CEO of the Legal Literacy Foundation, holds Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from UTS, and a Masters of Law (Corporate & Commercial Law) from UNSW.

Erica has worked legal industry for 26 years in varying capacities, 15 of those years spent practising law. Erica is also a legal author and educator. As a lawyer, Erica advised a diverse range of clients from C-suite executives, small business owners, franchisees, property developers, solopreneurs, established corporations and start-ups.

Erica's experience taught her the importance of being able interpret the law in a way that anyone can understand it. The cumulative result of Erica's experience is demonstrated by the skills she posses including interpersonal skills, diverse technical skills, critical analysis, negotiation, legal and plain English drafting, statutory interpretation, legal research and data analysis.
